Monarchie in the WR

Ok before i begin i want to tell that thiz topic is a suggestion that will probly not will go, but you can atleast think about the idea.

Ok to begin with we must make a sub-forum named...idk the WR Parlement or the First room or something like that.

Ok so in the First room(or whatever) there are like 33 "seats" ( i choosed 33 cause we have 11 party's 3 time that number is 33 so evry party can have 3 that wouldnt happen cause there will be a upper hand of 1 party)
In the First room(i just call it that) the party's discus what happends to evrything(not VERYTHING ofcourse but you know) on WR example:The Punishments, new sub-forums etc. all party vote on what to do(poll in the first room forum) and that happends.

OK now how can you get in the First room?
Well i have a little idea about that like in the anoucments all the WR peaple vote for there party so there are more communists so they would probly win, but if they have like 9 seats they must have the majorty so they can have a coaltion with example:The socialists etc. to have there majorty so there stands what happend to the WR would agree.
So we must have a new hmm...party..named the First Room and a closed forum so if the ppl who are in nthe party:First room, can go there and discuss and vote the WR things.

Ok now how to choose who sits in the First Room, ok i just choosed 33 seats but i think its a to big number, but anyways if the WR ppl vote for like liberal and 3 ppl vote for liberal the liberals get 1 seat(Thiz is whitout maths and stuff if thiz rlly going in to the WR it must be diffrent with the seats and stuff)

Evryone in the First Room party can open a topic to what they want and let evryone vote for it, so the republicans want the banner diffrent we can discuss and vote for it if the majority dosnt want to change the banner and there are more vote's for NO the banner idea is canseld(it means that the old banner stays) its like real poltics but on a site(ROFL!)

Ok thiz is a prototype of the idea, i rlly want that 1 of the admin's would rate thiz and let there opnion about it speak.

I thank you for reading thiz, ofcourse there are some grammer faults but yea im not from USA or England(or any other English talking nation).

Well we do discuss evrything and stuff but there is always a opnion against another so discusses will long for like weeks, so if we make thiz we can vote for evrything based on the how much seats a party has in the First Room.

i made an idea like this some time ago, but i belive it should be just what you siad, but only the moderators join, they can dicuss there stuff with the partys at home andnthen come and do what is in that partys best interest!

oh nah half the states finanses are already going into that wich might be the reson behing the global economic downturn.
