There are at least two militarily strong enough nations on this world to stop USA if they had the will to: Russia and China. And even Europe all together has a strong enough deterrant force. But, to a great enough extent USA policies are supported by Europe.

If Russia or China or both went to war against the USA there would be the risk of a nuclear war no one is eager to start, not even the most retarded leader in the world. So, if any of those strong enough countries had the determination to stop USA by sending an army to a country USA is planning to attack in order to deffend that country, they would serve as a political shield. US won't attack forces of a nation that also has nuclear weapons without thinking it well and without enough attention from part of the world. But once again, there's no country with that determination, so US can ravage freely any weak enough country they wish to.

I am talking about State Health Care, Social Security reform, etc. She is honestly as far left as a candidate can go before Americans call them a Communist and the campaign sinks.
