Absolutely not:

If Georgia had nukes they wouldn't launch them against Russia unless they were just too stupid. Russia would have great chances to destroy their attempts of a nuclear strike and would have grounds for a nuclear onslaught on Georgia.

North Korea would never launch nuclear weapons against South Korea.

Pakistan and India have gone to war, both are nuclear powers and so far they haven't given any nuclear blow to each other.

Serbia wouldn't launch nuclear weapons at its backyard.

Mhmm. North Korea isn't this evil state as most think. They simply want attention because they are suffering. The only way they can do this is by military action, since the fking dumbasses of (non-existant) "Workers Party" and (also non-existant) leaders of the Army don't know how to talk through words.

Although the Koreans are angry at Japan, they wouldn't dare to attack them simply because of two reasons. One, the once strong KPA is WEAK AS HELL NOW. And two, many Koreans are willing to forgive and forget.

Oh and I forgot the third one. America wants to blow the shit outta North Korea.

If North Korea wanted to completely destroy South Korea, it would have done so LOOOONNNNGGGGGGGG ago. Leik, in teh 1970s when Park Jung-Hee was using the army to do his bidding and letting the people suffer.
