He was known as "The butcher of Lyon".
He tortured 1000's of ppl. Killed 4000 ppl.
Anyways he was a demon!
So..geusse waht..you would expect he would.(in 1945) 1.:Commit suicide. 2.:Excution at Trial.
Well neither, death date : 1991. That's right 1991!!!
in 1951 he worked for...that's right f**in US! Teached them torture teachniegs.
He worked as agent for the 66th Detachment of the U.S. Army Counter Intelligence Corps (CIC).
He was hunted by a nazi-hunter and was busted(Klasu Barbie lived in Bolvia under false name.) in 1971.He was arrested by Bolvia govermont.
In 1981 he was given to France, were he was putten into trial, he fnnyl got life-long and died in 1991.

IMO because nothing was proved at Nuremberg about him there is no proof he was one of those super evil nazi's. I have also always been soft towards Himmler because while Hitler was in his bunker Himmler temporarily was Fuhrer and STOPPED the Holocaust a month before the end of the war, something you will rarely hear about but is true.

However the idea's of Facism is not young and has been around as long as strong nations have. The basic Idea is Capitalism for the State. Ceaser, Napolean, Peter the great. In a way all of these people were facist.

Ceaser, Napolean, Peter the great. In a way all of these people were facist. sorrry dude but come on you walked right into it :] well he is well known among the studies of fascism. but of course they were fascist, any nation that mergers capital and state power is fascist in its very essance; weather or not they gave it a name, they harnised the oppressive power of the market and wielded it to dupe the workers. |
