He was known as "The butcher of Lyon".

He tortured 1000's of ppl.
Killed 4000 ppl.

I have also always been soft towards Himmler because while Hitler was in his bunker Himmler temporarily was Fuhrer and STOPPED the Holocaust a month before the end of the war, something you will rarely hear about but is true.
