He doesn't have to claim it. There's a thing called "context" there's another called "subtlety" and there's another called "intellect", and other called "common sense" you need to apply in this case to realize the meaning.

The Swastika is a symbol used before Hitlerism, and I don't think its a base for, a Ban - you should just notify him, to change it.

I dont see a difference between the two.
One is a nazi flag with a Swastika and the other is just a swastika.
You would go to jail for drawing a Swastika in any shape and color.

If someone has a buddhist bell with a lot of swasitkas, then we can accept it, but if there is just a simple svastika, it is clear this has to do with nazism. Afterall, every person would automatically think that. If someone uses a swastika it must be clear it is not meant in the political way. Since this is a political forum and not a religious one, I think we should take it as a political symbol.

This is a provocation and has to be punished. The punishment shouldn't be forever, but it should be at least 1 month I think.

But they do use the other one. They did pretty much steal the symbol, occasionally turning it into the position it is on the flag.

As I say the context is essential to understand the real meaning of something.

Else, I'm personally tolerant towards this. I just wanted to see wether people would be outraged by "repression of freedom of expression" or not or if it would play a majour role when judging mattabesta.

i never saw it like this used by dumb oldschool nazis, and im expert on that point. btw if you want to help the buddists reclaim the swastika, then see it as a possitive symbol, if you see the swastika as it is representating nazism then its negative and you help the nazis.
