i still think its a better idea to have a group of elected moderators rule the forum(like a board) and the admins are just thier(like ceo)
admins make new laws, and the board deciedes wether their good or not
atleast a 75% is required to put that change into effect
admins cannot be kicked out
new moderator elections every 5 months
guild will jave representation(unless they are already mods)
so the mods of komsomol should also protect thier ideas(and yess i wanna be part of it)
thats basically my idea
oh and the board can also make new laws for the admins to review

This is a Internet Forum Enviro - Political or not, there is no sane and real way to iimply real fair democracy in to it, just by a simple fact that there is a brek down in to User, Moderators and Admins - which in practice makes this a Dictatoreship ( admin) combined with a Police state ( Mods), the succes and life span of a forum, bases simply on the fact if the Dictator and his Police is fair and how they sue there privelages and powers.

This is actually a very good idea.

It's a step in the right direction.
Brings more democracy, but the risk of major mistakes is small.

I definitely prefer direct democracy.
