THis is hindu symble. Looks like nazi. If I get banned for this, this site is racist.

Actually, in my opinon, it looks like a Hindu symbol.
Nazi's turn it side ways, color usually differs and background can be a diversity of things

But, no matter which way it is used in, shouldn't be provacation for a ban.

this is nazi symbol. its twisted + notice the colors - black - white - red. old german imperialistic flag

there is a huge diffrence between them both. if its not twisted and dont got a cirkle around it then its not a nazi symbol.

Even if I would ban you, it wouldn't mean that I am racist. Antifascist YES, racist NO. If I banned you for your race, THEN I would be racist. But a race is a species which can breed with each other and produce potent offspring. As long as you only show us what is a nazi symbol or not in a thread, this isn't considered promotion of fascism. Afterall historian teachers who show videos about Nazi regime which features that symbolism don't go to jail either.

The most important is the intention. If it is used to educate how to recongnise fascism no one will be bothered about that.

Only if it is used as a provocation or promotion of fascism it will be taken seriously.

For example Jesus has an avatar, which explains fascism. I have no problem with that.

No CoolKid, you're wrong. What you are refering to is "discrimination" in general.

Racism is a kind of discrimination focused on the race of the individual.
Xenophobia is a kind of discrimination based on a person's nationality. A xenophobe hates those that do not share his/her nationality.

I was talking about nationality which is not the same as ethnicity.
