To protest something...as you stated very clearly to calinis in announcement thread, you have areas around the site to consider reversion and fixation to the already founded rules and ideas for this forum. Words of protest against injustice are (Or should be) acceptable, but theirs no reason to make it vulgar with just plain insults as that holds absolutely no point against the injustice they are supposeably protesting.

Indeed, there's no need for vulgarity but I'd understand it given the persistance of lies and their implication on zach's account. And, vulgarity is not banworthy in my view.

I don't recall having received any kind of warning from forumotion in regards to vulgarity.

And, lets assume vulgarity is indeed unacceptable to forumotion and they threatten to delete our forum. It is not they who decide whether something is or not banworthy in our forum. Our compromise with them limits to simply not infringe their rules.

If we ought to avoid vulgarity we can just compel our members not to engage in it, delete it or censor it. And make very clear that censorship would be just to preserve the forum's integrity. However, I really don't consider vulgarity even comparable to real abuses such as child porn or snuff.
