If a six year old loves another six year old, does that make them both pedophiles?

Um.... Actually, I don't know. Honestly, the law about something like that is very loose and differes heavilly wherever you are. There are some places in America where a fourteen year old can go to jail for having concentual sex... WITH A FOURTEEN YEAR OLD. So I actualyl wouldn;t know. Though "love" for a six year old is mostly cute rather than illegal. TO most. There ARE those certain peoples who, well, you know, just crazy and uptight.

I don't think so and it would be incredibly stupid if something like that was recognized legally, in other words it's horribly plausible...

However, lets take into account this: It's illegal for an 18 year old guy to have sex with a 17 year old girl, but it's not illegal if the guy is also 17. I think that applies to any age range.

Now, pedophile would be someone that feels love, (most often sexual predilection) for preteen individuals without being himself a preteen.

And I did hear about this one mother that tried to have a neighbour girl charged because she and her son played doctor. They were both 5 or something.

Well, I just meant as it is in most countries. In that aspect Canadians do seem to have more coherence than other countries.

consenting age here is 14 but lots of men go to jail for raiping 15-17 year olds and go down as phedofiles(sp?)

In usa, theres no legal age for sex. but if one is above 18 they cant do it.

I think that what he meant is that there is no age restriction for sex among underages so long as none of teh parties involved is 18 years or older.

Also thats statutory rape. If some one over the age of 18 fucks some one more then 6 months younger it counts as statutory rape.

Used to be. They raised it, though. It's 16 now. Unless you're within five yars, to a minimum of 14. So a 20 can screw a 15, and a 19 can screw a 15 and 14, but that's it.
