This is assuming that you are anything more than a composition of molecules. Sorry, you're not. So the answer is, in order, matter, and you're searching too hard. There's an absurdity that arises out of searching for meaning in a world and a life bereft of it. And though there may be meaning in the search, the search will not result in any coherent, objective meaning. This, however, doesn't seem like your cup of tea.

These are questions that you, your father, or a psychiatrist are more likely to be able to answer. Though if you search and find the answers, there may be some which you'll have difficulty coping with. I should mention that answering these questions won't necessarily lead you to happiness.

I have a hard time believing this. There was a time that i had these feelings, but i quickly came to the conclusion that i was not, because i hesitated to put my life to rest. That fear of losing life made me realise that it may yet be worth living, even if i didn't conciously give it any worth. So if you're hesitant to take your life, there must be some part of you that admits to some of the redeeming qualities of life.
