It ended a couple days ago, and since we can't count on Kenzu to do it, i'll just count 'em up.

It's accurate, but you can all add it up for yourselves.

Note that i didn't count Enviro's vote or RR17 (didn't know whether it counted that he had another account prior). Including those two voters (i don't know why we'd count the former as he's been banned), Liche would end with 20.5 votes.

And now we just wait for Kenzu to decide whether he'd like to back out of his decision to change the elections without popular consent

And I think enviro vote should be counted its not like everythign he did is not invalid becuase he gets banned now, when he posted that vote he wasnt banned yet, it doesn't matter to much though Liche won anyways.
