It is not despotism, since many members have issued concerns that rules are not being followed and offenders not prosecuted. Therefore there will be harsher punishment for everyone. | |

| If they issue concerns in private they're 100% invalid. If the issue them in public, they're subject to debate. As simple as that. | |
