Hello

Been scanning the forums a bit, tried to post in the religion section but it didn't let me, so I was recommended to post in here first off and ask for that ability.

As for my Stance: I was a anarcho-syndicalist, about 5-7 months ago for reasons i still have yet to discover why. Even before that i declared myself a Trotskyist for the longest time, that was my building stone though, as i learned through the various branches of communism/anarchism/socialism. Now, i do not support that anymore, but im glad that i did turn to it, as it greatly helped the strain on learning the other branch offs of Marxism. (I guess I felt like it was my duty to learn more!) I'm still not perfect in either of these categories, but have studied enough to know that neither of these resemble my beliefs, and the sectional im more acquainted too would definately be a Lib Democrat.

Other stuff:
Agnostic, more so ever an atheist anymore though.
In high school currently
Skating and swimming are my sports
Probably going to hit up college as a Political Science Major, going to be a true bi*ch getting it though.

Honestly I doubt you were an anarcho-syndicalist, that you know what communism stands for and then somehow the term "liberal democrat" even makes sense to you.

I used to be an AnSyndie myself. I still think it's a pretty good idea, but to each his own I suppose.

By the way, I took Poli Sci as a major for my first year in uni, and it's pretty easy, and most of the classes tend to be really interesting, so you shouldn't have any problem.

Mind explaining? When I left them it balanced me out to a more neutral stance so my opinion on each was not so biased.

Really? that's not what I heard. A couple of my friends parents who took it said it was horribly difficult.

Basically, when you understand socialism is the only possible kind of de-facto democracy even as per definition, the notion of democracy within the framework of a state and private ownership of means of production is merely delusional, senseless and requires even disregarding the impact of scientifically demonstrable facts such as material conditions.

I just know one person who understands communism and doesn't support it at least by will and he doesn't go hipocrytically calling himself democrat, he's anti-democrat and believes in absolutist and popular despotism. And even he acknowledges it would solve most if not all of society's economic problems, just he thinks they shouldn't be solved and that everything should be in hands of a despot.
