| Democratic centralism is the discipline of the bolshevik party and is a great way of functioning. Democracy in meetings and a united front when working.
A Vanguard party is necessary to teach and lead the working class into socialist revolution
revolution in poorer countries is Maoist. Lenin KNEW that their being a peasant country would be a problem and considered the bit of profit based production as a necessary defeat to industrialize the USSR.
the soviets are supposed to be ruled by the workers and the Bolsheviks were a working class party... |

| no it does not
You are allowed to express your beliefs within the meetings but what kind of party are you if when you are working you can't even agree on a subject?
debate the hell out of meetings and get your point across but if the majority does not agree on your viewpoint then you must adhere to the majority in doing political work.
if you passionately disagree and refuse to represent the will of the majority then you can leave the party.
Workers need to be taught TO LEAD
Lenin frantically tried to industrialize |

Lenin frantically tried to industrialize I think Lenin tried to industrialize Russia too fast, and that, IMO, led to the downfall of socialism when *coughStalincough* took over. The confusion of the population was the perfect moment for him to impose his views upon the people. | |

| he admitted that it was a defeat so i believe you are right jeiro and Democratic Centralism is democratic. Example For Mumia Abu-Jamal's protest we had a caucus before going out to the protest we agreed on our stances and made sure everyone could speak and get their point across. some people swayed our original discipline for the protest and when we went out to protest and sell papers we went out with a united front. If we went out into the protest without a line we could not agree on then we would fail as an organization. If you sign on to an organization because of their main points and then go out and distort them...what was the point of joining? http://www.partisandefense.org/events/pdf/Int-protests.pdfseriously attend this protest ^^^^^ |
