You don't need a democracy to be free, and you dont need a dictatorship to be currupt, most democratic and dictatorships are currupts, except one gives an illusion of choice

Sometimes people vote democratically to slaughter unarmed minorities...

Dictatorship can be as beautiful as a democracy.
Democracy can be as horrible as a dictatorship.

That's why it's good to keep a healthy mix of both systems. Constitution represents the element which prevents pure democracy, by guaranteeing basic rights for everyone!

we are humans and we need leaders and sometimes we should trust our leaders instead of critizising theyer evry move.

I've been watching politics in iceland for 5 years and it dosen´t matter wether the goverment is right or left the media always says they suck.

is there a reson for this?
