Ah comrade.... how bureacratic! And I thought you were more liberal than me....  I know he's not being quite formal and maybe you can think he's not taking serious to join the Komsomol, but well, I think we should allow him to express himself. He just wants to put more sentiment into the poll, to emphatize. I don't see anything wrong with it.
