This shows the typical misunderstanding of communism by people.

We DO allow opposition to express their views, however we demand them to keep objective.

Capitalism leads to market failure, income disparity, huge gap between rich and poor, unemployment, homelessnes, higher crime rates...

I mean that for the most part capitalism works
but i don't like the idea of a layered society

Communism leads to marcet stagnation, lack of motivation, huge gap between Party Members and Others, employment for people who are not fit for their tasks, bad (if any) housing for not-Party-members, still high crime rates due to boredom and lack of other possibilities to gain better livin conditions

Hmmm beautiful, you speak as if you yourself had lived in a communist nation or actually did a great even field investigation on how a communist nation works... except for one little fact: There has not been any communist nation yet.

You're probably talking about socialist-tending state capitalisms that claimed to be communisms... They're implosive and contradictory capitalisms and that's why they had so many economical problems.
As for crime rates, nah, they're pretty lower than those in capitalist nations. Boredom? In a state capitalism you could do sport, go to the cinema, stroll with friends, dance, learn, relax, make parties with friends and of course you could have a couple with whom to have sex... do you need anything else not to be bored????

PS: In communism the market cannot stagnate, because the GDP of a communist society is 0, due to the fact that everything is free!

Since it has never been tried to be implemented it can't be stated that communism can't work. And even if it couldn't work I wouldn't care I'd still be communist but now sociopathic. Anyway I'm convinced it can work.

Socialism is the prior step to communism. In essence Socialism is Communism nder construction or development.

Corruption s not inversely proportional to competition. As long as there are corrupting factors such as the need to survive and the means to achieve it you'll get corruption.

Else, I don't really have great control of my life. I have to focus in survival rather than living my life, just as many people. At least I don't want my life to consist in mere survival. And even so... lets see... greater control of your life... hmmm... in comparison to communism? Communism just ensures that you work at something you like and/or are good at and that it contributes to society, it also ensures everyone to get a fair share, their needs satisfied... how does that imply controlling your life? Well... if you're a greedy fascist indeed your life ought to be controlled.
