I think in the head WR group we should only allow good active players. People who are under 250. All above we could recruit in the Academie of the WR, and let them grow, and learn how to play, and then after an evaluation they can join the maingroup or be still active in the AWR to train others.
If we want to grow, we should mainly concentrate now on big players, there are some big players who hasn't got any Alliance.

Well, first of all this World Republic is the main. For the World. The other WR, is for the game, so when talking about games, it would be great to state it's TCW you are talking about. I plan to invite everyone here, on this forum, not only people who play online games
