Favorite anti-cappie movement/event/period

I'd like to know what your favorite capitalist defeat or socialist victory was. Mine was the Spanish revolution, cos it showed what collectivism should look like, besides just stickin it to the man. After that, i'd have to say the Paris Commune, even though they boned themselves by not striking at the government instead of just taking advantage of an international war.

In Chinese it was technically called

"The Rebellion of the Righteous and Harmonious fists"

most westerners however, merely called it "the boxer rebellion".

Thanks, but i was asking for detail about the events of the rebellion, how it went down.

It's a good example of collectivism in the several autonomous locations they 'control'. It would be a good experience for any anarchists to go down there and see how things operate on a collectivist "commune" (for lack of a better term). I hope, though, the fact that they are on speaking and bartering terms with the government doesn't deter them from revolutionary action when the time arises (assuming it does).

what about china 1931, the proclaimation of the chinese soviet republic.
the rise of the nazi party was interresting in the sense one man manipulated the entire country, but we, jewish/russian/communist got the last laugh. so glad i happen to be jewish, russian, and communist.
