Im lost and I'm looking for some light to guide my way.

This place looked funky to me, it looked absurd, outright silly. But thats because I didn't look into it that well. I didn't dive into the topics, nor read what its members had to say. I had just randomly found this forums through a Google search on Red Guard Clothing from Mao Zedong's cultural revolution in a history assignment i had to do. But for some odd reason, instead of forever closing the tabs on my web browser I actually bookmarked this forum instead for later. I was interested, this forum seemed like a place I could learn, a place I could be share my ideas and express my opinions with other people from possibly all over the globe. I hate Ignorance, and people who are Ignorant. Ignorant about the worlds issues.. the importance of knowledge, concept, and theory. I'm a simple person, who only wants one thing really---To Know How and Why. Here.. I feel like there is the possibility that other people may share the same views as me. Think like me. Speak like me. Live like me, and so fourth and so fourth. Its rare that you find places like this forum, and only by a slight chance was it that I managed to find my way here. Teach me, tell me, correct me, copy me, quote me, hate me, love me, know me. I hope that by joining these forums, I may grow a much larger view on life, living, and those around me.




So...anyone out there willing to help me on the path to social and intellectual enlightenment?

Im not too sure, thats why I came here. I never looked at politics too much these days because they looked too dramatic and messy by the Media.. maybe you guys can help me decide on what affiliation to choose.

i belive in the socialist ways but with an environmental cuse before the poeple. i belive environmental harmony can only be achieved with socialiistic goverment, not capitaistic

To some extent, yes (i don't think anyone here is delusional enough to believe a "utopia" is possible). Mattabesta is simply limited by his experiences within the context of a bourgeois society and cannot be bothered with solidarity, brotherly love, cooperation and peace.
