I don't know that i would vote to delete these messages, but any of this offensive language should be covered. I mean, he's entitled to his opinion, so i don't think deletions are in order. And since he's banned, he won't be creating any more problems.

I'll make here the arguments that i had made while debating with Cyprian on whether or not the ban was legitimate or not.

Let's refer to the rules and guidelines set out by the administrator, shall we?

There are plenty of things we can point to in this thread alone that show he's guilty of this. Cyprian argued that he is allowed to have these thoughts, no matter how disgusting they are as long as he can back them up with polemic; fair enough, i suppose, but he had multiple opportunities to do so and made no attempt whatsoever.

Cyprian would also point to the fact that Kenzu did not follow the rules, therefore it was not a legitamit ban. However, this is not based in truth or fact, but merely Cyprian's belief of what the rules actually are. He said he should have been warned and tried before being banned.

Nowhere in the rules does it say anyone is entitled to any sort of trial. Maybe this needs to be changed, but this is not the place to discuss that. Also, i'll refer to the rules once more in attempt to clarify the misconception of warnings.

As i've said before, the degradation of entire races and ethnicities (and i believe he even threw gay people in there, though i may be mistaken) is not minor. Nor is it minor to condone the killing, much less broadcast it, of anyone purely based on the color of their skin. If it is agreed upon that these infractions are in no way minor, then aryanpower was not entitled to warning. Again, maybe you believe this should be changed, but this is not the place to discuss it.

If you have suggestions for a rule change, Kenzu has allowed for that in the thread where the rules have been posted.

He needs education nothing more.

If you ban him he will learn nothing and continue his journey down that road,
he needs gentle persuasion. If you let him go without attempting to help him we will be guilty of neglect.

I voted punishment, but i don't mind if he's not banned. One week without his intolerant ass would be nice, though.

I think Inkus has a point, but he's being a bit optimistic. But this is a site for all political ideologies, so as long as he follows the rules and doesn't insult anyone or any race or ethnicity, i see nothing wrong with keeping him.

inkus is being utopian with his conversion thing. I want immediate ban.

thats what i want a 2 week or 1 week ban. if he dosent change, theach him. if then he still acts that way ban him!

I believe we've come to a decision. Shall we open a thread to decide on the appropriate punishment? If we do, and if it is a poll, i think vote-cancelling should be allowed so as to promote debate and discussion on the subject, since this seems to be a subject on which we do not come close to an agreement.

Unless we tie him up and take him to a Indian Reservation (were there are no laws ;-)) it would be nearly impossible to educate such an ignorant person. My brother has a friend who is convinced black people and white people are of differn't species.....
