LOLZ, maybe so...maybe so... In any case, love is like a heavy drug that fraks with your senses. It makes you unaware of anything but you and your loved one. :3c

You seem like you're bein sarcastic with that little face at the end. But some drugs do heighten your senses. Anyone who smoked weed knows what i mean. And as far as love being like a drug, i could see how that argument is valid in some ways. I don't think it necessarily blinds you, but it does give you a sort of high when the love is fresh. It's pretty intoxicating. That, and it'll make you dumber...

then i had a very sexual but absolutely loveless relationship and now I'm in a nice between one. you gotta find balance man thats what its all about.
and as far as getting someone you like BE CONFIDENT thats the key man
you dont need 2 tell me - i wrote the book the book on woman
The problem seems to be social norms and status
For example - when she thought I was older she was all over me, even wanted to meet up - since I told her my age I have detected a marked diff in her attitude. I have not changed - so it would appear that external social factors have more significance than pure relationship when it comes to the selection process of females.
Their are ways around this of course - we can manipulate peoples perception of external factors - ie Im 28 years old and yes I have a car It is after all true that we control how others perceive us.
The question is do you want to lie ? is it wrong to lie ?
I have concluded that its Ok to lie to someone who KNOWINGLY chooses on the basis of social norms and status provided your looking for a sexual relationship - however your fucked if you fall in love ! and your more than likely going to if you get on well - and then your done for because the same lie that got you what you have will make you loose what you have.
My prob Is I cant lie to someone I like yet alone love - so Im doomed Were all doomed
AHHHGGHHH! I think you have done the right thing to tell the truth. If she really cares that much about age, you shouldn't care about her. I know it's hard, but you will see. It will get better with time. I think she is lost hope, but you will find someone who you know will truly belong to you!

Maybe you should have dated her before telling her you love her. It is likely you will scare a girl when you tell you love her in an early stage of a relationship.
I didn't tell Sara I love her until I was sure she had some feelings for me and would continue on dating me. And I also kissed her a few times before I told her I loved her.
If you kiss with a girl a few times, and she enjoys it, you can be quite sure that she is attracted to you. It still doesn't mean that she will love you though.
I was lucky, but I was also looking for the true love for so many years with a lot of effort! It was definitely worth it. Once you find true love, you will be completely happy!

| As a short answer to the issue's question, yes. Yes it does.
My girlfriend was actually the one who told me she loved me, and I was the one who did the whole, "Um, okay." But not becase I didn't, simply because I had never thought she would have.

It is not all about giving a girl sexual pleasure. She can get that anywhere. The truth is love is important indeed, but it has to come from both sides and it has to be a lasting love.
If it didn't work out with a girl, it probably won't last even if you ever went together again. You have to look for love until you find the true one.
A relationship where both of you are happy with each other and don't look for someone better. Looking for a perfect girl\boy is a mistake too.

saying i love you and then there like ummm yeah okay im note ready for that Don't say you love her! First date her, then kiss her and then ask her for another date. Holding hands before saying you love someone is also a good idea. If she doesn't want to hold hands with you, she will probably feel very uncomfortable if you tell her you love her too.

At least I wouldn't like to have a girl that can get sexual pleasure anywhere. That means I need a girl who shares or is as close as possible to my sexual ideosincracy. For me everything is intertwined. For me there shouldn't be sex without love nor compromise. - Kenzu wrote:

| Yes it fucks up pretty much everyone. Lately i have reached a state of total mental disorder (and i mean it) and physical pain because of that. I was completely out of my mind and couldn't do anything litteraly. | |

| I can get sex anywhere too. THat doesn'tchage the relationship. Hell, I'll probably end us loving myself many times even when married, as will she, liekly. I mean, there's no direction needed, it's ALWAYS with someone you love, (unless you hate yourself, of course) and you don;t have to bother your parter if they're doing something. DOn't get me wrong, a woman who likes the same thigns I do and PREFERS me is great, but sometimes, well. Besides, I wouldn't mind it if she did so once in a while. I'm busy, she's horny, put two and two together. Or rather one and one. That was a good one. Sometimes I'd rather she go fuck herself, litterally, than bug me. | |

Well I personally find masturbation a major nuisance, I try to avoid it as much as possible. I defintely hate to practice it. It has its advantages but they don't overweigh the disadvantages. (In my personal case) - Tyrong Kojy wrote:

| Love can make your heart race, butterflies in your stomach and waves of emotions come over you when your beloved steps in a room.
That's generally if it's mutual though.
Going after someone or falling for someone who is unattainable is generally not such a good idea. It usually always ends in heartbreak.
The age thing? Ugh. I don't know where you are but in the USA, 3-4 years isn't a big deal in your 20's.... 15 years difference isn't a big deal when you're in your late 30s and above. It's been pretty much accepted here. A lot of women go for the older man, but sometimes it's reversed. I'd prefer someone nearer my own age (within about 5-7 years, especially since men generally live approximately 7 years less than women). Youngest guy I dated was 9 years younger than me (I was 28, he was 19 and boy oh boy did he have some stamina). Oldest was again, 9 years older, I was 36 and he was 45 - not so much stamina but knew what he was doing.
You're still in the same generation as that girl though, but she might not have enough life experience to understand that love generally has no boundaries when it comes to age. I wouldn't date someone old enough to be my dad (ewwwwwwwwwwwwww), but 10 years older isn't such a bad thing.
Telling someone you love them though.... that's rough. It tends to scare people if they don't feel the same way. Usually ends up in a lot of heartbreak too
Kenzu said he didn't tell Sara until he was sure she had feelings for him. That's normal and completely understandable. Throwing your feelings out there is always a risk.
You'll know when it's right - Tyrong Kojy wrote:

If she's bugging you, you have a problem. I HATE agreeing with zealot, but a man who can't take the time to have sex instead of doing whatever it is he wants to..... needs his head examined. Is your hand so much better? There are times when 2 people can't get schedules straight - masturbation required. Women are more likely to masturbate while in a sexual relationship when men tend to not masturbate as much (unless you have a problem or sex is only 1x/week or less). Self-exploration/Self-love isn't a bad thing. Just depends on how you look at it. If you're doing yourself more than the one you're with, problem. Healthy sex lives are always good though For women, without emotion, sex is almost pointless. I much prefer having relations with someone I care about and I don't give it away without emotion. Women can have relations without the emotion, but then there's this hollow feeling afterward. And the emotion I'm talking about isn't lust
