| err, i'm all for reforms, but in the end, only the people will be able to perpetuate the revolution. i believe that things like workers councils and direct democracy are the only ways the people can have their desires truly expressed. if, when it comes down to it, and the people's army has marched into the bourgeoisie government building, and the government hands over full power to the people peacefully, then good. if the government calls its army, well, then...revolution is needed to topple the regime (hopefully quickly in that case, since the government made itself the enemy of the people)
that came out kinda confusing and all over the place, but do you get what i mean?

| ho-hum, i don't know too much except for some stuff on marx and lenin ^_^ so, i think of mao as a military leader turned dictator, and don't know anything about his philosophy known as maoism
i called it a people's army to differentiate between it and the army of the government...i know americans who like to call their army the people's army, and the ussr called their red army a people's army, right? =/

lol, cause THAT makes sense (yes, i know, sarcasm) and technically, didn't common people running the army occur in a lot of revolutions?

i get it why you would suggest i was a maoist now, lol, but i'm not (as i'm not acquainted with maoism) ...wouldn't a violent revolution necessitate military tactics and an army owned by the people...? (if not, correct me, please) and if that's the case, wouldn't that make you a maoist..?

i don't like vanguardism, democratic centralism or authoritarian dictators i believe that its neccessarily harder for countries of the "third world" (according to capitalists) to reach communism, as it is meant for industrialized nations... also, capitalists nations of the "first world" do enjoy subjugating poorer nations... so...what's third worldism and lenin's theory of imperialism...or from what i said, do i already believe in it? *looks up online anyway*

| thirdworldism is like there is three worlds and the maoists use this to justify alliances with capitalist nations just because they are third world. actually i dont think this is thirdworldism but oh well.
lenins theory is just bullshit dont even lokk at it

lenins theory is just bullshit dont even lokk at it okay, checked out third-worldism...depended on wiki for it, since i'm assuming that's adequate info for a concept third-worldism is all about dividing the world into three worlds, and then, instead of supporting the revolution in the first world (where the industrialized, parliamentary nations are), the support is for the third world, where there lacks a much of a working class... which i'm going to say i don't believe in, since i believe that communism can only be successful when the world has thoroughly been industrialized, and the means of production can produce more than enough for the entire world, within the reach of the entire world... and i guess you are right about lenin's theory, since it says that he predicted that imperalism would cause the socialist revolution....which it didn't =/
