comparing bush to hitler is incredibly stupid and baseless. 9/11 was caused by muslims, not the government. the reichstag fire was caused by the nazis. hitler enforced the enabling act to give himself FULL power. bush had not the power to do that. civil liberties were not eliminated, only in some restrictions. hitler had ABSOLUTE power, bush did not. the acts enforced (ie the patriot act) were for security purposes because the threat is legit. even still, he has to get congress's approval, so he does not have absolute power.

hitler only made germany into a police-state, in 1934 after hindenburg died, he called himself for der fürher

bush only made the USA into high secured country or what its called, maybe a police state.
