In this Thread The Prosecution and Defence will present there arguments and Evidence to said arguments, The Prosecution shall be taken by Zealot, Melon you are free to chose someone that will team up to help you with your defence ( if anyone at all agrees that is) If you don't your on your own.

Well, it's quite simple. Watermelon does nothing but blatantly trolling the site and he barely contributes.

Watermelon is culprit of spamming and trolling just as of multiple accounting. There's plenty of evidence not few members have seen.

Some of the convictions against matt (watermelon who ever the fuk I'm defending) can not be proven true. Also, Zealot deleted most of the evidence, so he can't prove a lot of the accusations made against melon. So we need to wait for Kenzu before we can take any further action against him. Plus, lately the only reason he has been duping accounts is to try and defend himself, but before he has the chance Zealot bans him.

That's false. He was given chance to defend himself yet he kept spamming. Now he has TWO unbanned accounts which nonethelss have restricted access only to Trial and introductory forums.

Making a post go off-topic isn't that hard is it? Seriously, even some of calinis' posts have evolved gradually into interesting discussions. I can open a thread entitled "Diapers are a symbol of imperialism" putting first post as "Huggies destroys Iraq" and it can evolve into a really good debate. It can, but there are chances it won't. After evolving, the tread and post become worth-keeping but the thread and post per se are not worth keeping and may well deserve elimination if they don't evolve.
