This was the biggest show of all times! I loved the cheering crowds around me. Argentina, Brazil, Cuba, Russia, North Korea and Switzerland reveived the greatest support from cheering crowds here, while Chinese team of course received the strongest and longest support from cheering crowds.

The cheering for Pakistan and Japan was also considerable. I dont know why.

maybe the olympic CCTV for example. A special Chinese channel.

The ceremony was really very nice. At the end was Jackie Chan, but in the german TV there was only a few to see him.
(I like him)

But I was suprised that North and South Korea goes divided to the games.

I am glad China is putting its best face on for this. Let us hope they keep it on. I think the U.S does better when it has opposition.

I know somebody who thinks that it is because of the new 'Speedo Razer' that they wear. And, if you look in to it they were developed by NASA. But then again so were those therapeutic beds.

2: They have some very odd scoring systems in boxing.

3: there is no way in hell the Chinese female gymnastics team are 16.

4: Why did you not have the little girl that actually sang the song on stage singing it? She was cute. You didn't need to have another little girl lip synch for her.

I tottaly know that from 4. that girl who rlly sing the song wasnt cute enough, so you see that China dsont see the truth.

but she was still cute. maybe not as cute as the lipsynch girl but she was still cute. And it was her that was singing. She deserved to be out there singing it. How would you like it if you did something amazing and then someone else took the credit for it?
