| Is there any particular reason that membership in this is limited? It seems unfair that so many people meet the qualifications but are unable to join. If no one one new is getting in, than shouldn't the announcement saying "Join Komsomol!" be removed? I'd like to clarify in advance that I'm not saying they should all automaticly get in, but that there shouldn't be a limit to how many can join. If there is an actual reason (other than any technical issues there may be) then I'd appreciate an explaination.
