Why, because we oppose intolerance of personal choice and autonomy? We don't have any authority, we're just the only two in the group. Once we get more members, it will function democratically. We just don't want anyone who's going to make the group look hypocritical. And look at the 'rules', they aren't strict. If it's too much to ask for you to be accepting of freedom of individuality, then this group just isn't for you.
