I do. I don't believe in any god, but I don't really think that peoples who do are stupid. Influenced, yes, but not stupid. Everybody have the right to believe or not in something, at least they don't disturb others. That's my point of view.

I'm just against institutionalization fo religion, as I have said often. And as long as religion doesn't negatively after non willingly involved third parties.

Well, I want to have some religious, metaphysic beliefs and that is not linked to my material conditions.

Many simply find comfort in believing in something like a god and/or soul, many like to follow some religious traditional traits. I personally have nothing against that.

I'm just enemy of religious institutionalism.

That's very different from what I am arguing. I'm not arguing that my belief in something superior to science will make it real or material, I'm arguing that it is more comforting for me to think that it exists and that actually we cannot understand its existance, for the reason stated above. It's not like I want to materialize something with belief, I simply don't want to think of myself as nothing but a bunch of electrochemical reactions.

So, you're saying the only thing keeping you from nuking stuff is a belief in God? And ehre I thought religious types WANTED the rapture.

Anyway, it doesn't chage the fact that you ARE electro chemical reactions. ANd knowing this, I can safely say that it does not chage the fact that they still HAPPEN, even if a feeling is a chemical reaction, I stll FEEL it. S it's a moot point. I AM cells held together by... okay, I forget it's name. y feelins ARE electrochemical reactions in my brain. So? THey're still happening, and I still feel them all the same.
