| I consider myself to be an Anarchist-Communist. I have done so for the last few years. Prior to that, I was a Trotskyist. I first became interested in leftist politics when I was aged 16/17.
1. What's your understanding of Democracy?
Democracy cannot exist in a capitalist system, it can only exist in socialism or anarchism.
2. What's your understanding of Communism?
Communism is a system which sees all people as equals, regardless of superficial divisions. It is a system where people cooperate rather than compete.
3. What's your understanding of Capitalism?
The selfish child of feudalism, which pits worker against worker, man against woman, white against black, nation against nation. In capitalism, only a very small minority hold the vast majority of both power adn wealth.
4. What's your understanding of Fascism?
Facism is an authoritarian system which adheres to strict hierarchies and is highly regressive. Although it is now mostly defunct, it is still around in different variations.
5. Make a list of the all human rights you consider essential
Right to life Right to death Right to free assembly Right to freedom of speech Right to freedom of thought Right to free healthcare Right to free education
I pretty much believe that a person has the right to do anything so long as they neither harm or coerce another person.
6. What's your understanding of Freedom?
Freedom is the right of a human being to do as they please without being restricted by any social conditioning or law.
7. What's your understanding of Equality?
The same rights and freedom for all, regardless of any posisble division such as gender, sexuality etc.
8. What's your understanding of a prosperous society?
One where all people recieve free healthcare, education, where all have shelter and food. A prosperous society would have progressive views on abortion, gay rights etc.
9. What's your stance towards the environment?
We should do all we can to protect the environment - the abolition of capitalism would be a good start.

When the workers are class concious, the workers will take over the workplaces. As an anarchist, I don't believe in a vanguard.

Let me ask you, how would you think would be the best way to awaken a sense of class consciousness in the workers? For a start, we need to connect more with working class people. There are far too many people whose ideas about anarchism and communism come from the capitalist press and Hollywood. I also think that the revolutionary left gives too much respect to the views of the rich and powerful.

First of all, welcome. I indeed like your views. That's true and ther are also those that do not have the slightest clue on what socialism stands for. - RedAnarchist wrote:

Then you're not talking about revolutionary left but about a bunch of opportunists, populists and other kinds of pseudo-leftist groups. It's our duty to take off the blindfolding these organizations set on society.
