| All candidates who are in the following list must make a thread on why they should become administrators:
Liche - Nominated by Rename and Kenzu) Jesus - Nominated by Hoxhaist) Tyrlop - Nominated by Kenzu Black_Cross - Nominated by Zealot Alek4a - Nominated by Stos Beatnikzach - Nominated by Liche and Zealot Zeronos - Nominated by Tyrlop and others Lilith - Nominated by Kenzu
There will be a discussion in these threads until end of January 2009. An election thread will be opened by me on the 1st of February 2009 where people can post who they vote for.
There will be a point system, You can vote for multiple people and you have 3 votes. If you choose only one candidate that candidate will receive 3 votes from you.
If you choose 2 candidates, 1.5 votes will be given to each.
If you choose 3 candidates, 1 vote will be given to each.
A maximum of 3 candidates can be voted for. If you vote for 4 or more candidates. The first 3 candidates mentioned will get 1 vote, all others will receive nothing.
Candidates themselves cannot choose who to vote, because they automatically receive 3 votes for voting themselves.
Voting lasts 2 weeks.
The best 4 candidates meet in the 2nd round of voting.
AFTER THE RESULTS:
The winning candidates will receive power to administrate the following WR sections: Republic Square Supreme Soviet Capitol of the World Republic Parliament
There will be 2 winning candidates. The one with most votes will administrate all 4 sections, the other 2 winners choose 2 sections each. The candidate with most votes chooses first, the other one receives the other 2 automatically.
PRESENT STAGE: 14.jan-31.jan Candidates post their campaign threads
NEXT STAGE: 1.feb-14feb Voting 1st round
PS: Only members who posted at least 50 posts and have registered at least 2 months ago may vote. PS: After the election takes place the KGB and secret service might loose some power. In the case that a newly elected moderator abuses his/her power that moderator can loose his/her power. That moderator might then be replaced with a candidate who received 4th place. _________________ World Republic will prevail!

| Maybe we can call them supermoderators, since they will administer whole sections, can do almost everything except banning people. _________________ World Republic will prevail!
